I have worked in Organizational Change, Public Affairs, Corporate Communications mainly for Confindustria, Confcommercio, The Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR), Invitalia Spa and companies operating in the energy, environment, technology, AI, healthcare.

As a Professor of Journalism and Communication, I have been teaching at the University of Milan-Bicocca since 2012, where students have had a great deal of appreciation for the innovative methods I use. I also go in for talks, corporate seminars, focus groups, training for leaders, managers and staff.

Writing is a passion as well. I have contributed to renowned newspapers and magazines such as Italia Oggi, Avvenire, Le Scienze, La Voce di New York. I am also the editor in chief of Brainfactor, a magazine devoted to research, healthcare and neuroscience.

My books are focused on change, in a neuroscientific and lifestyle perspectives.

I earned two master’s degrees: one in Philosophy, one in Neuropsychology; I have a specialisation in Psychotherapy, as well as certifications in Medical Neuroscience and Human Physiology by Duke University, USA.

Affiliated to the American Psychological Association (APA), the Italian Science Journalism Association (UGIS), the British Society of Clinical and Academic Hypnosis (BSCAH), the Italian Society of Neuropsychology (SINP), and registered with the Italian Board of Journalists and the Italian Board of Psychologists.
